• Does not require any payment to participate
• Does not offer prizes, cash rewards, or items of real-world monetary value

Points, rankings, and leaderboard positions:

• Have no monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes

You agree not to use the Service for any form of gambling or commercial exploitation.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive behavior

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

Your display name and score may be visible to other users on the public leaderboard.

NBA player data and statistics are provided by third-party sources and remain their property.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally:

• It shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
